STS Engine Services delivers a comprehensive range of jet engine maintenance and repair services to airlines and aircraft operators worldwide. With specialist expertise in engine maintenance, repair and storage at our facility in STN, we also offer near-wing and on-wing solutions with AOG emergency response available for immediate on-site support.
From our 100,000 sq ft facility with 25 engine bays and storage capacity for up to 150 narrow body engines, we are equipped to respond rapidly to short-notice requirements. Every solution we provide is bespoke, shaped around the operational priorities of our customers. Backed by a committed, hands-on team available 12 hours a day, 7 days a week, we pride ourselves on delivering responsive support, technical excellence and exceptional customer service.

Apprenticeships
Since 2016, our apprenticeship programme has been designed to nurture young talent and develop the next generation of skilled engineers. The STS Engine Services Apprenticeship Programme provides a structured and immersive route into aviation engineering, equipping apprentices with the skills, knowledge and experience required to succeed in a demanding operational environment.
Delivered in partnership with Stansted Airport College, the programme combines college-based learning with hands-on workplace experience, ensuring apprentices gain both the technical knowledge and practical skills needed for a successful career in engineering. Supported by a dedicated Training Lead, apprentices receive ongoing mentorship and guidance throughout their development, helping them grow in confidence, capability and ambition.
