Delivering minor repairs/modifications to airframe structures, cabin, flight controls and nacelles via STS Engineering Solutions’ CAA Part 21 Subpart J Design Organisation Approval. Approval No. UK.21J.1005. All repairs and modifications issues under STS Engineering Solutions’ P21-J DOA are accepted on all EASA registered aircraft without further validation.

Providing CAA approved repairs and modifications on CS 25 aircraft, with a vast scope of work including but not limited to:

Minor Structural Repairs and Changes On:

  • FAA, CAA & EASA and all other regulatory bodies.
  • FAA Certification for Stage 1 Static Strength, Stage 2 Threshold, and Stage 3 repeat inspection intervals and methods.

Minor Cabin Repairs and Changes on:

  • Flight decks
  • Passenger / freighter cabins
  • Cargo compartments
  • Lavatories
  • Textiles refurbishment
  • Special interiors
  • Linings
  • Crew rest areas.
  • Placards and markings
