How do you summarize the career and contributions of a man who has given so much to our company? Here’s a hint… there is no easy answer.
For the past 16 years, Randy Steenholdt has willingly offered STS Aviation Group his time, his talent and his continued support. He is not only an incredibly gifted Engineer but also our business partner, our colleague and our friend.
With that in mind, it is with extreme gratitude that we announce Randy’s transition from Sr. Vice President of STS Engineering Solutions into a part-time consulting role with our company as he moves into semi-retirement. We would like congratulate Randy on an illustrious career and wish him nothing but the best moving forward.
On the heels of this transition, we would also like to announce that Ethan Steele has been promoted to Sr. Vice President / General Manager of STS Engineering Solutions. Ethan has been a huge part of STS Aviation Group’s growth and success as a key member of its business development unit, and STS’ executive leadership team has nothing but faith and confidence in Ethan as he gears up to guide the future profitability of the aerospace engineering group under the direction of Mark Smith, President of STS Aviation Group’s MRO division.
