Aircraft Maintenance
STS operates five aircraft maintenance facilities in Melbourne, Florida; Birmingham, Manchester and Newquay in the United Kingdom; and Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Our teams handle everything from scheduled maintenance and heavy checks to structural repairs, avionics modifications, aircraft transitions, connectivity installations and major modification programs.
We also support military and government aircraft with maintenance, engineering, structural modifications, mission-system integration, fuel-system services and long-term sustainment programs.
Outside the hangar, our line maintenance network includes 51 stations across the United States, the Bahamas and Europe. That gives customers access to experienced technicians where and when they need them.
Engines, Interiors and Specialized Services
Aircraft maintenance doesn’t stop at the airframe.
At London Stansted Airport, STS Engine Services supports LEAP, CFM56, V2500, CF6 and Trent engines with repair, maintenance, inspection, modification and storage services.
Our aircraft interior teams in Montreal and Dubai handle seating, galleys, lavatories, cabin surfaces, composites, electrical components, engineering, product development and repair.
STS also provides dedicated aircraft fuel-system support across North America and Europe. Our teams handle leak troubleshooting, tank entry, structural repairs, pressure testing, flexible fuel cells and Airbus Auxiliary Centre Tank services.

Engineering, Connectivity and AOG Support
Sometimes the aircraft comes to us. Sometimes we go to the aircraft.
STS deploys mobile engineering and AOG teams around the world to handle troubleshooting, structural repairs, engine changes, fuel-system problems, logistics and other urgent technical issues.
Behind those teams is an engineering organization supporting structural, systems, avionics and interior engineering along with modification design, certification, maintenance planning, reliability programs and technical operations.
Connectivity has also become a major part of the work. STS teams have completed more than 7,000 aircraft WiFi installations and currently support Starlink programs with engineering, certification, structural modification, wiring, installation, testing and return-to-service capabilities.
That work can happen inside an STS facility or at the customer’s location.

Aircraft Parts, OEM Products and Manufacturing
Maintenance teams need parts. Operators need inventory. AOG situations need answers quickly.
STS supports customers around the world with aircraft and engine parts, OEM distribution programs, inventory solutions, supply-chain support and around-the-clock AOG material services.
We also manufacture custom Teflon, metal and rubber hose assemblies from our operation in Palm City, Florida.
Through our OEM relationships and global distribution network, customers have access to more than 25,000 part numbers supporting commercial aviation, military aircraft, MRO operations, rotorcraft and other aerospace applications.
Aviation Workforce Solutions
There’s another piece of the aviation puzzle that cannot be overlooked.
