Aerospace Accessory Service is a certified Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 145 repair station that has been serving the commercial aviation industry for more than 30 years. The company is presently based out of Doral, Florida.

Aerospace Accessory Service’s Emergency Medical Division was established in 2006 with the goal of providing the aviation industry with high quality, low-cost emergency medical equipment specifically designed to meet customer specifications while exceeding regulatory standards.

Product lines produced by the company’s Emergency Medical Division include Aircraft First Aid Kits (F.A.K.), Emergency Medical Kits (E.E.M.K. / E.M.K.), Automated External Defibrillators (A.E.D.) and On-board lightweight wheelchairs. Aerospace Accessory Service is currently certified by the F.A.A., E.A.S.A., as well as the Division of Medical Quality Assurance of the State of Florida as a medical device manufacturer and prescription drugs re-packager. Such certifications ensure customers that participate in the making of, sale, recertification, distribution and / or exchange of their products are carried out safely and in full compliance with both aviation and medical industry standards.

Aerospace Accessory Service also holds a Drug Enforcement Agency (D.E.A.) license that allows them to manufacture and recertify most makes and models of Medical Kits. All First Aid Kits and Medical Kits are able to be custom made to meet specific airline requirements. Other key service points are 24 to 48 hour turn-around time (T.A.T), lower recertification, replacement, and/or exchange costs, dual release certification and cross reference paperwork upon request, around the clock customer support and flight crew training when necessary.
