This is the fourth year in a row STS Mod Center has received the award.

“The promotion of safety through regular and ongoing training is central to our company’s success,” says Mark Smith, Group President of STS Mod Center. “To receive this award means 100% participation from our entire staff, and that’s hundreds of people rallying around the company’s core cultural values and training methods year in and year out.”

Sachi Greene Named by Staffing Industry Analysts as One of the Top 100 Women in Staffing

There are leaders who lead for the mere sake of title, and there are those who inspire because doing so is simply a part of who they are. Sachi Greene, Sr. Vice President of Recruiting and Operations for STS Technical Services, is a leader who inspires by example. This fact has never been more evident than it is today as Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the world’s premium “global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions,” honors Greene by naming her as one of the Top 100 women in staffing in America as well as one of the top 150 women in staffing globally.

“This is really an unexpected honor,” says Greene. “I am proud of this accomplishment. It is definitely a nice highlight for me in my career, but this honor isn’t mine alone. There is an entire team of people that I work in the trenches with each and every day, and they deserve this recognition and accomplishment just as much.”

Ever humble but always looking forward, Greene is excited about what she and her team are building.

“You know, it wasn’t that long ago that I was overseeing a workforce management group dedicated solely to servicing the aerospace industry. Flash forward to present times, and we have grown so much as a company. For example, our team has expanded into multiple industries beyond aviation, and I’m really excited about the future. The people we have in place, the technology we utilize and the resources at our disposal are all starting to align, and that has me excited about what’s to come.”
